DVBSKY T980C DVB-T2/C PCI-E with CI HD TV Receiver

DVBSKY T980C
I ordered four T980C by recommendation. The four arrived as expected and the installation begun. My main HTPC had two FloppyDTV cards witch where replaced by two DVBSKY T980C.

More information about the card found here
http://www.dvbsky.net/Products_T980C.html

After driver installation (20131216) and a couple of restarts Windows Media Center found both tuners and all channels to be found.

Boxer CA Module

I ran the CA module at the time and both free and pay/coded DVB-T channels worked fine. Free DVB-T2 channels worked fine as well but not the coded once (like TV3, TV4 and Kanal 5).

Boxer CA+ Module
After some research I realized that I needed new CA modules, I ordered the updated Boxer CA+ modules and then problem started...

Only free channels worked with the CA+ module... I simply can’t get pay/coded channels to work with the new CA+ module. The same goes for DVB-T and DVB-T2 channels...

Update from DVBSKY support;

T980C card supports CI module.

If your CI+ module supports CI down compatible mode, T980C can works with it.

If not, T980C will not work with CI+ module.

So... this is not good. It looks like this product will not work with Boxer ...
